December
21, 2012 - It has been 2 years since the release of "2012" - a disaster
film directed by Roland Emmerich and the long awaited doomsday is
finally here. It may not be true but there is no harm preparing for the
worst and eat your life to the fullest.
A group of people who are passionate about food and living have finally decided
to set their last meal in "The Garden Lifestyle Store & Cafe". The
primary reason is that the restaurant offers a comfortable and
breathtaking dining atmosphere via its unique interior design that
provide the guest with the experience of dining in a "real garden". If
you're lucky, your dining will also be accompanied with live piano music
in the air.
Out
of the many present outlets, we've selected the one in The Gardens,
Midvalley. "Garden in The Garden", interesting huh? Being in the middle
of a shopping mall without much restriction by ceiling and walls, the
ambience outstand most of its other outlets and brings the garden dining
experience to a further reach.
While the restaurants offers a wife range of selections from western to asian cuisnes, we've ordered the following:
- Smoke Salmon Salad
- Lamb Shank
- Gran'Pa Carbonara
- Vanilla Ice Cream (X2)
- Ice Blended Green Tea
- Blackcurrant Vs Cranberry (Yoghurt Drink)
The ingredient used was
fresh and the portion given was very reasonable. For those who used to,
or prefer a little more juicy taste, you may also request for extra
sauce for the lamb shank. The total bill came to about RM120.00.
Overall, we're very satisfied with the taste, portion and service
offered.
The
world did not end on that day. However, it was never a regret to have
such a comfortable and peaceful dining experience. Well, noone knows
what will happen tomorrow. Let's eat our life to the fullest.~
